PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: in a prior art system, a user sets parameters of speed lights on a setting screen having setting items arranged thereon; and therefore, when the user desires to change brightness of a part of a subject area, the user has to understand which speed light affects brightness of the partial area.SOLUTION: An irradiation control device includes: a reception unit that receives, from a user, partial area designation in which a partial area of a subject area is designated by the use of an image acquired by an imaging unit, and an irradiation control instruction to an external irradiation device; and a transmission unit that transmits a control signal based on the irradiation control instruction to an external irradiation device associated with the partial area. |
