The method involves employing a self-employed practicing surgeon in a stationary area of a medicinal establishment, particularly a clinical center (20). A stationary recording takes place in the clinical center with respect to the administrative standard of the clinical center after a medicinal preliminary examination in the practice (10) of the surgeon for carrying out a medicinally required measure, such as an operation. The planned operation is carried out by the surgeon. The provision of required operation-personnel, required anesthesia service and eventual doctor assistance are assured by the clinical center. The postoperative supervision and the supervision of the patients (12,13,14) take place till discharge from the clinical center by the surgeon to ensure the medicinal care of the patient from one source. The surgeon works as honorary-doctor and has no license in health insurance. An independent claim is included for a data processing system for executing the method for medicinal care of a patient.
