The current invention discloses a progressive cavity pump or method of use that comprises a helical shape stator with a first pitch, a helical shaped rotor with a different second pitch wherein the rotor moves eccentrically within the cavity inside the stator. The pump further includes a bearing or collar that is associated with the rotor wherein the rotor is effective to rotate inside the bearing moves eccentrically along with it.
