The method for predicting the efficacy of interferon-inducing therapy of the acute respiratory viral infections in the children comprises the assessment of the significant risk factors, accounting for the prognostic coefficient, and the analysis of the marker signs. In addition, the ratio IFN-γ to serum IL-10 is calculated. When the ratio exceeds 0.1, the positive clinical and immunologic effect of interferon-inducing therapy is predicted. When the ratio is less than 0.1, interferon-inducing therapy of the acute respiratory viral infections is not considered as appropriate. |
