FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: device includes core (2) connected to one object (1) and conjugated with limit stops (7, 8). Limit stops have shaped surfaces interacting with annular elastic elements (9) adjacent with other object (5). Spacer element (6) has working shaped surface (15) conjugated with shaped surfaces of limit stops and contacting with elastic elements.
