Disclosed are a novel asymmetric compound for an organic electroluminescent device and the organic electroluminescent device including the same. The present invention provides the following: a hetero ring compound in which the energy level is controlled by asymmetrically substituting a substitution product to the hetero ring compound, and mobile properties of electrons or electric charge is controlled; and the organic electroluminescent device having excellent efficiency and thermal stability.
