FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary cutting of a material (1), supply into a grinding chamber, grinding and discharge of the finished bitumen mass. Besides, grinding is carried out in two chambers of preliminary (3) and fine (4) grinding. Reciprocal motion of the ground material is provided from one chamber into the other, and simultaneous heating is carried out in the preliminary grinding chamber (3) by variation of the speed of rotation of the cutting elements (5) in it. The final heating of the ground material to the temperature of melting and evaporation of moisture is carried out in the fine grinding chamber (4) at the temperature of 140°-160°C due to variation of the speed of rotation of the cutting element (7) in it. The result is lower labour intensiveness and reduced energy inputs for processing of roof materials. In process of grinding the bitumen materials do not produce dust and do not scatter in the air.EFFECT: method does not require using any heating devices and intensification additives and makes it possible to realise heating and grinding simultaneously and efficiently, using both highly viscous and adhesive bitumen wastes as the initial material.1 dwg, 1 ex |
