The present invention relates to an organic sludge batch processing device. The organic sludge batch processing device processes sludge by collecting organic sludge including lots of moisture such as food or sewage sludge; dries sludge; recovers heat utilized for drying sludge; and circulates the heat through a thermal medium boiler. Therefore, the sludge batch processing device solves problems of odor and processing caused by food sludge and sewage sludge, thereby preventing environmental pollution and recycling heat generated by processing sludge.
