The present invention relates to a golf distance measuring and scoring management system using a GPS which makes distance and geographic information of a golf course be checked through the GPS and be recognized through a terminal, and enables management of standardized personal record in the web service type by making scoring be recorded in the digitalized method automatically during playing. For the objective of the present invention, the system includes: a GPS receiving part receiving a signal of topography of the golf course and distance relation in the golf course through a GPS satellite; a scoring part recording score of a player by receiving a signal of the frequency for the player to hit the golf ball in the golf course; a central processing unit receiving a signal inputted through the GPS receiving part and the signal of the golf ball hitting number of the scoring part in real-time and then converting the signals into signals to be output audiovisually; and an output part for receiving the signals converted in the central processing unit and then displaying the signals audiovisually.
