The present invention relates to a liquid cargo transferring device and an LNG transportation vessel having the same. The liquid cargo transferring device comprises a loading arm in which a supply pipe is mounted to be connected to the liquid cargo storage of a first vessel; a vertical supporting rod vertically installed on the upper deck of the first vessel; and a height adjustment member to which the loading arm is joined to adjust the height of the loading arm by linearly moving on the vertical supporting rod in the longitudinal direction.
