The device for control of articles reinforced with metal cables includes a block for the cable magnetization, generator, multi-element flux-gate transducer, measuring-transforming channels, each of those is connected with the input to its group of indicator windings of the transducer, first element AND connected at the output of those, indicator, additional measuring-transforming channel input of which is connected to its group of indicator windings of the transducer, element NOT, second element AND, through that one the indicator is connected to the outputs of the additional measuring-transforming channel and element NOT, multi-element flux-gate transducer at distance from the axis of the main multi-element flux-gate transducer, along the article at distance equal to diameter of the binder string, and additional measuring-transforming channels, each of those is connected with the input to its group of indicator windings of the transducer. The outputs of the detectors of the measuring-transforming channels connected with the inputs to the common output of indicator windings of the multi-element flux-gate transducers are connected through adder to the element AND connected to indicator, and the outputs of the detectors of the measuring-transforming channels connected with the inputs to the groups of the flux-gate meters of multi-element flux-gate transducers are connected through the adders to the threshold elements. At the other side of the article identical multi-element flux-gate transducers are symmetrically placed, groups of indicator windings of those are connected in series to respective groups of indicator windings of the main multi-element flux-gate transducers. |
