Disclosed are a luminous flux control member and a display device. The luminous flux control member includes: an incident surface to which light is inputted; a refractive surface to which the light from the incident surface is outputted; and a rear surface which is extended from the incident surface to the refractive surface. Defined is a central axis which is extended from the center of the incident surface to the center of the refractive surface. Defined is a first direction which is vertical to the central axis. The refractive surface includes a first refractive side which is extended from the rear surface.
