FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: bench comprises foundations isolated from the floor, on which there are guide rails fixed with a moving carriage installed on them with reference and calibrated racks, a microscope-micrometer, a rotary mirror, a microfeed screw and a laser interferometer. At the same time additionally a calibrated length bar is introduced, arranged stiffly between rack supports. Working surfaces of the length bar contacting with rack supports are made in the form of spheres providing for point contact with the centre of supports and specified distances to length bar strokes, and the calibrated length bar itself is installed on a stiff levelled base.EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurements.1 dwg |
