The present invention relates to a check service system and method, for checking vessel drawings, making check vessel drawings according to a planned check list by recalling the drawing information of a corresponding vessel from a database in which a drawing number, a vessel, a drawing name, etc; and checking whether the numbering of the drawings is correctly done, whether a drawing history is correctly recorded, whether comments of the ship owner and ship classifications are considered, and whether modified parts are reflected and so on. A system for checking vessel drawings according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a drawing information database which stores drawing check related information; a drawing check unit for reading the drawing check related information from the drawing information database, displaying the drawing check related information with the vessel drawing check list, receiving and storing corresponding drawing check contents for the vessel drawing check list from an outsourcing company, person in charge and part leader, and displaying and reflecting the drawing check status to the corresponding drawing; an interface unit for displaying the drawing check related information and vessel drawing check list; and a drawing check editing unit for executing editing such as deletion or modification for the vessel drawing check list.
