PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a blade member which allows reduction in surface friction and increase in permanent-deformation resistance; and a cleaning blade using the same.SOLUTION: A blade member is used to remove an adhering substance adhering on a surface of a partner member through sliding contact with the partner member. The blade member is formed from polyurethane rubber containing a fatty acid amide represented by the general formula RCONHR, where Rand Reach represent a fatty acid group. The fatty acid amide may have carbon atoms in the range of 34-40 in a molecule and may have a melting point in the range of 60-100°C. |
