PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to notify communication partners of the user's safety state by a normal transmission operation without requiring a special operation.SOLUTION: A base station 30 comprises: reception means 31 which receives a call from a mobile device; search means 32 which, when the reception means 31 receives the call from the mobile device during telephone line restriction, searches a call history 33 related to the mobile device; and notification means 34 which, when the search means 32 detects a call record to the mobile device in the call history 33 related to the mobile device, notifies the mobile device and other mobile devices having called the mobile device of the event of the call. |
