PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for using image data without regard to whether an electronic blackboard device is started, and to reduce a burden to manage user authentication data.SOLUTION: An electronic blackboard device 10 performs first user authentication using authentication data and if authenticating a user as an authorized user by the first user authentication, causes an NAS 15, a server device 20, or a printer 30 to store the image data and the authentication data. Without regard to the starting condition of the electronic blackboard device 10, the NAS 15, the server device 20, or the printer 30 discriminates whether to permit access to the image data by second user authentication based on the authentication data, and if determining to permit the access, outputs the image data. |
