PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of improving manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: A heat exchange fluid supply pipe 3 connected to a steam source for heating is connected to a jacket part 2 of a reaction vessel 1. A discharge pipe 19 is connected to a left lower part of the jacket part 2 of the reaction vessel 1, a gas-liquid separator 20 is communicated with a steam compressor 6, and in addition, a discharge pipe 21 is connected to the heat exchange fluid supply pipe 3. An upper discharge pipe 7 is attached to a left upper part of the reaction vessel 1, a gas-liquid separator 9 and a steam compressor 8 are connected, and in addition, a discharge pipe 10 of an outlet side of the steam compressor 8 is connected to the heat exchange fluid supply pipe 3. After heating the reaction vessel 1, by sucking an interior of the reaction vessel 1 via the upper discharge pipe 7, a heat exchange subject in the reaction vessel 1 can be dried. |
