PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary valve which uses a seal member having a shape integrating multiple functions and which can prevent circumferential displacement of the seal member.SOLUTION: A rotary valve includes a rotor 1, and a casing 2 having a rotor storage space for storing the rotor 1. The rotor 1 is provided with a rotor opening which serves as a cooling water path. An opening 25a capable of communicating with the rotor opening is provided in a position which faces an outer peripheral surface of the rotor 1, of an inner peripheral surface of the rotor storage space. A seal member 77 is provided in such a manner as to be extended out toward the rotor 1 from the opening 25a. A tip-contact part 80, which contacts the rotor 1, of the seal member 77 functions not only as a seal but also as a spring. The seal member 77 has a rotation stopper part 85 which is positioned by being engaged with a positioning part 28 provided in the opening 25a and which is rotation-stopped. |
