PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the abnormality detection system of a flow rate control system for, in the case of adjusting the flow rate of ammonia to be supplied to an electric dust collector, appropriately detecting the abnormality of a flow rate control system for controlling the flow rate of target fluid, and for issuing a warning.SOLUTION: The abnormality detection system of a flow rate control system is configured to, in accordance with a deviation between a flow rate signal 5 showing the flow rate of flow rate detection means which detects the flow rate of fluid to be supplied to the supply system of fluid and a set flow rate signal 3 showing the preliminarily set flow rate of the fluid, control an aperture 7 of the flow rate adjustment valve of the supply system such that the deviation becomes smaller. The abnormality detection system includes control means 8 for issuing a warning when it is detected that the aperture of the flow rate adjustment valve has fully opened or fully closed, or it is detected that the absolute value of the deviation has become a predetermined value or more. |
