PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalyst composition for production of a polyurethane resin, the composition which has good storage property in a polyol component comprising a polyol compounded with various auxiliary agents such as a foaming agent, a foam stabilizer and a flame retardant, and which also functions as a foaming agent during foaming.SOLUTION: A catalyst composition for production of a polyurethane resin comprises a double salt of a plurality of anions and cations, and functions as a foaming agent. The plurality of anions are preferably included in a range from 1.0 to 3.0 moles with the molar number of the cations as a reference; and in the plurality of anions, the first anion is preferably a carboxylic acid anion having a valence of 2 or more. |
