PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment tool capable of safely and easily attaching a dustproof cover on a device such as a smoke detector.SOLUTION: An attachment tool is a tool for attaching on a smoke detector 100 a dustproof cover 50, comprising a plastic sheet 51 for covering the smoke detector 100 and an elastic band 52 for securing the sheet 51 on the smoke detector 100, and includes a shaft 20, a base 30 which is provided on one end of the shaft 20 and is for mounting the plastic sheet 51 thereon, and elastic band retainers 40 which are provided on the base 30 to retain the elastic band 52 in an expanded condition and release the elastic band 52 when pushed against a ceiling 101. The dustproof cover 50 is set on the attachment tool with a portion of the plastic sheet 51 inserted into a ring of the elastic band 52. |
