PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation reception device and a reservation reception method that can surely usher a customer in a shop in reservation order without using personal information.SOLUTION: A reservation reception device 7 includes a display part 1 with a touch panel and a camera 2, is installed in a shop such as a restaurant and is configured to be able to communicate with a mobile terminal 7 owned by a shop clerk. A reservation input reception part 41 of a control part 4 asks for an input of a handwriting signature by the customer when the user makes a reservation, and when the handwriting signature is input, a reservation number is imparted, information of the handwriting signature and a picture of the customer captured by a camera are stored in a storage part 5 as reservation information 52, associated with the reservation number. Further, the reservation information is transmitted to the mobile terminal 7 via a communication part 6. Thereby, since the shop clerk owning the mobile terminal can view the picture of the customer, identification of the customer can be surely performed. |
