PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing container-packed cut vegetables bringing feeling of original food taste of vegetables even after preservation, in the method for producing the container-packed cut vegetables by filling a container with sterilized cut vegetables.SOLUTION: A method for producing container-packed cut vegetables by filling a packaging container with sterilized cut vegetables includes a sterilization process before cutting, of sterilizing vegetables by sterilizing liquid before cutting to a size for packaging, and a cutting process of cutting vegetables while pouring water into the cut parts of vegetables when cutting vegetables to a size for packaging. In the method for producing the container-packed cut vegetables, the cutting process is performed within 16 h from the sterilization process before cutting. |
