The press has an upper frame (5) movable towards a lower frame (4). The lower frame comprises a counter form (7) in an adjacent zone on a receiving surface (6) of the lower frame. The counter form is mounted in rotation between a position in which the form is free relative to a sheet metal part (1) and another position in which a part (7a) of the form is in contact with an interior face of an undercut (2) of the sheet part. The form bears a slide (8) that is moved towards outside of the undercut so as to carry out complementary pressing.
