PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a processed ingredient and a functional additive is process seafood and to store the processed ingredient in an eco-friendly way. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a processed ingredient and a functional additive comprises: a step of inputting an adequate amount of seafood into a processing device and setting by a driving system of the processing device; a step of stirring contents inputted through linkage of a stirring work and a cutting work and continuously cutting at a predetermined size or less; a step of continuously supplying washing water through a supply pipe while stirring and cutting; a step of heating a heating element at 40-90 deg. C, steaming for a predetermined time, and sterilizing; a step of drying the content by hot wind; and a step of pulverizing and molding the content by compression, and preparing a pill.
