PURPOSE: An automatic balancing control device and a lift device having the same are provided to easily reach an equilibrium point by setting reference voltage reaching the equilibrium point according to the minimum rotation displacement of a motor. CONSTITUTION: An automatic balancing control device comprises a drive part (112), a sensor part (111), a comparator terminal (117), and a control part (116). The drive part is installed on a lift device to be slid. The sensor part senses the horizontality of the lift device and outputs the sensing voltage. The comparator terminal is connected to the sensor part and outputs a first signal or a second signal by comparing the sensing voltage with reference voltage. If the difference between the output voltage and the reference voltage is less than the preset displacement voltage, a stop signal is outputted. The control part controls the drive part by receiving one among the first and second signals and the stop signal.
