PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage generation circuit in which variation of a plurality of output voltages to undesirable voltages is prevented.SOLUTION: A voltage generation circuit includes: an M number of first boosting circuits, M being two or more, that start boosting operation of increasing an absolute value of an output voltage in response to power supply start and stop the boosting operation when the output voltage reaches a first voltage set independently for each of the boosting circuits; a plurality of second boosting circuits that start the boosting operation in response to a control signal and stops the boosting operation when the output voltage reaches a second voltage set independently for each of the boosting circuits; and a control circuit that limits to the M number the maximum number of simultaneously operable ones among the first and second boosting circuits and generates the control signal for operating the plurality of second boosting circuits in order of priority. |
