PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer which can detect specific plants such as Sesamum orientale, melon and specific animal such as tuna, yellowtail, taste, cod, octopus, scallop as detecting targets having possibility causing food allergy from the specific plant or animal-containing food material or products even if the amount thereof is minute.SOLUTION: There is provided a specific primer which can detect specific plants such as Sesamum orientale, melon and specific animal such as tuna, yellowtail, taste, cod, octopus, scallop as detecting targets that have risk of causing allergy. There is provided a method for detecting a specific plant or animal contained in food materials, products or the like using the primer in high sensibility even if the amount thereof is minute when the specific plant, the specific product are contained in food material, products or the like. |
