摘要 The present invention relates to a web monitoring based U-city integrated electrical safety management system which respectively senses the status of a panel board and an incoming and distributing board of a large scale city building, hierarchically summing up and analyzing the status of a layer panel board connected to an individual panel board, the incoming and distributing board and the power supply status of the building, and providing the analysis results on the web in real time, characterized by comprising the individual panel board which has a main blocking unit and a branch blocking unit mounted therein and detects the status of an alternating current voltage/current inputted through a power line to transmit the detected data and the layer panel board; a digital incoming and distributing board which detects the alternating current voltage/current of the power line by a sensor to diagnose the safety of electrical facilities in an incoming and distributing room, diagnoses an arc and a partial discharge in the detected waveform and transmits the detected data and the diagnosed data; a gateway module which collects the detected data or the diagnosed data from the panel board or the incoming and distributing board to be transmitted; and a control server which receives the detected data or the diagnosed data from the gateway module to be constituted in a tree structure according to the hierarchy structure of the panel board and the distributing board, obtaining the risk showing the electrical safety status from the detected data or the diagnosed data according to the tree structure and providing the risk on the web in real time. The U-city integrated electrical safety management system analyzes the status of the panel board (or distributing board) of the large scale city building in the hierarchy structure to be provided on the web in real time, thereby allowing to establish an efficient management system capable of integrally managing and checking the electrical facilities of the large scale city and reducing the damages for humans and the economic losses due to the electricity disaster.
