<p>The present invention relates to: [1] a cleaning agent composition for a medical-instrument cleaner, said cleaning agent composition including (A) a nonionic surface active agent represented by formula (1), (B) one or more selected from C6-C10 fatty acids and salts thereof, (C) a cationic surface active agent represented by a specific formula, and water; and [2] a medical-instrument cleaning method using a medical-instrument cleaner, in which the cleaning agent composition is mixed with an enzyme and used. Provided are a cleaning agent composition for a medical-instrument cleaner, said cleaning agent composition exhibiting excellent detergency and storage stability with little effervescence even at low temperatures, and a medical-instrument cleaning method using the medical-instrument cleaner.
