The arrangement (1) has two foldable plate-shaped cover parts (5, 6) arranged at back of a rear seat back (7). The plate-shaped cover parts are independently arranged over a set-up mechanism and lifted to a level of a loading space floor. A setting up mechanical part is pivotally linked between the plate-shaped cover parts and a back bench railing, and includes setting up levers. The setting up levers are engaged with a releasable resting in the set up position. The plate-shaped cover parts are extended up to height of the loading space floor.
