The lubricant circuit is connected to a heat exchanger (11). The refrigerant circuit cools lubricant of the internal combustion engine, and is connected to a first heat exchange horizontal bar of the exchanger. The exhaust system heats the lubricant, and is connected to a second heat exchange horizontal bar of the exchanger. The heat exchange horizontal bars are counter current heat exchange horizontal bars.
