The snow water from the snow melting tank 5 is discharged through a water discharge pipe 7, the water discharge pipe 7 is provided with a steam blow-in port for introducing high-pressure heating steam, and also the water discharge pipe 7 is provided with an air blow-in port for introducing air. |
