PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device capable of attaining thinness.SOLUTION: A lighting device includes a retaining body 2 including a ceiling fixing part 21 to be fixed to a fixing body arranged in a fixing member, a power source part 41 arranged on an outer circumferential side of the ceiling fixture part 21, an LED substrate 31 of which the mounting face is directed to a front face side and in which a rear face side is arranged on the retaining body 2 not to be superimposed on the power source part 41 on an outer circumferential side of the power source part 41, and a plurality of LEDs 32 mounted on the LED substrate 31 to become an annular shape. |
