PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique using an encryption key suitable for broadcasting information to unspecified large number of terminal devices in inter-vehicle communication adopting a radio LAN.SOLUTION: In a base station device 10, a storage unit 44 stores a common key table indicating a plurality of types of common keys which can be used for communication between terminal devices. An MAC frame processing unit 26 receives packet signals transmitted from the terminal device. A verification unit verifies a version of a common key table which is attached to the received packet signals and includes a common key for generating an electronic signature. A detection unit 46 detects the verified version of the common key table being a previous version compared to the version of the common key table stored in the storage unit 44. The MAC frame processing unit 26 generates packet signals storing the common key table stored in the storage unit 44 if the number of detection in a unit period is equal to or more than the predetermined number. The MAC frame processing unit 26 transmits the generated packet signals. |
