The invention relates to aqueous-gel-type topical compositions in the form of a homogenous suspension of an active principle of the class of retinoids containing at least one hydrophobic silica, said active principle preferably having general formula (I), and more specifically 3"-tert-butyl-4'-(2-hydroxy-ethoxy)-4"-pyrrolidin-l-yl-[1,1';3',1"]-terphenyl-4-carboxylic acid. The invention also relates to the preparation mode thereof and to the use of same in the treatment of dermatological conditions. |
