PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking type cultivator capable of avoiding the situation of becoming clutch engagement in brake parking, without impairing operability of a deadman clutch.SOLUTION: A walking type cultivator is integrally constituted of a traveling device (5) for traveling on a paddy field, a cultivating device (6) for paddy field work and a handle (7) for walking operation, and comprises a clutch mechanism (8) for driving the traveling device (5) for transmission in response to deadman operation and a brake mechanism (9) for braking the traveling device (5) for parking in response to actuation operation, and can operate the clutch except for brake parking time by arranging a competition checking mechanism for regulating operation of the clutch mechanism (8) when operating the brake mechanism (9). |
