PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a vibration-operation sound, by improving dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of an Oldham's ring.SOLUTION: A scroll fluid machine includes an Oldham's ring 33 between a main bearing member 34 and a turning scroll 32, and is constituted so that the Oldham's ring is formed as a divided structure of a ring part 33c and key parts 33a and 33b, and the key parts are joined to the ring part as a pin shape. Thus, surface polishing processing of the Oldham's ring becomes possible in a key part nonexistent state before joining the key part, processing of the key part is obviated by forming the key part as a pin, the management of the dimensional accuracy of the key part is facilitated, the dimensional accuracy and the surface roughness of the Oldham's ring are inexpensively improved, sliding between the Oldham's ring and the turning scroll and between the Oldham's ring and the main bearing member is smoothed, and vibration and noise generated in operation can be restrained. |
