Disclosed are a device and a method for transferring parts in the hub of a wind turbine. The device for transferring parts in the hub of a wind turbine according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises one and more lifting tools, which can be installed in the hub of the wind turbine; a wire, which can be connected to the parts to transfer the parts located inside the hub of the wind turbine; and one and more transferring devices, which are installed in one and more lifting tools.
