PURPOSE: A separable identification tag is provided to distinguish content of a spring note or a file without opening the spring note or the file by reading the separable identification tag. CONSTITUTION: An identification tag (100) includes a tag base (110) and an extended piece. The tag base includes an identification indicating part (115) in an external surface and includes a coupling part (120) for being combined to a combining part (R) in a rear surface. The extended piece includes a connecting part (250). The connecting part is connected to an end of the tag base, is separated from the combining part combined with the coupling part and is combined to a different combining part in a relatively external side in a rotatable manner. |
