The invention provides a micro alloyed high-strength zinc alloy, which pertains to the technical field of metal surface treatment and manufacturing field of metal-spraying material for metalized film capacitor ends. The alloy takes zinc as a substrate, comprises also either iron or aluminum or both. The components by weight are: iron 0.001-0.1%, aluminum 0.01-0.1%, the remainder are zinc and foreign matters totally not more than 0.1%, the sum of percentages of the components is 100%. The invention can provide micro-alloyed high-strength zinc balls of different hardnesses and tensile strengths depending upon the metallic parts treated; also can provide micro-alloyed high-strength zinc wires of corresponding tensile strength depending upon models of spraying guns, so as to solve the problem of blockage of guns. The invention can substitute prior zinc balls and wires in such field as surface treatment, coating and preserving, and metal spraying for metalized film capacitor ends, etc. According to actual application, the alloy has the following natures: tensile strength >=120N/mm<2>, hardness HV32-180, and elongation >=30%. |
