The present invention relates to a primer composition for inadhesive materials and, more specifically, to a primer composition for inadhesive materials which is capable of enhancing adhesion without pretreatment processes including grinding, buffing, or UV irradiation on inadhesive materials such as styrene-butadiene block copolymer based injection molded parts by manufacturing a primer composition using a solvent based acryl compound as a main composition so that working process can be shortened. Also, the primer composition for inadhesive materials enables low toxicity environmentally-friendly processes without toxic solvents such as toluene and the likes which are generally used in primer compositions so that safety of operators can be obtained and productivity can be enhanced. In addition, the primer composition for inadhesive materials is applied not only in shoe materials but in vehicle parts, various electric and electronic equipment in order to expand demands.
