PURPOSE: A ring-shaped thruster for a ship is provided to improve propulsion performance and efficiency by minimizing a resistance body interfered by water flow. CONSTITUTION: A ring-shaped thruster for a ship comprises a water inlet(110), a filter part(130), a pump part(140), and a propulsion nozzle(150). External fluid flows into a hull through the water inlet. The filter part filters foreign materials contained in the fluid. The pump part pumps the fluid by pressing the fluid to one side. The propulsion nozzle comprises a chamber and a jet port. The chamber temporarily stores and moves the fluid pumped by the pump part. The jet port jets the fluid to the outside of the chamber. |
