PURPOSE: Exhaust gas treatment equipment of a marine fuel cell is provided to be able to prevent the corrosion of vessel pipe due to the water vapor included in the exhaust gas and the accident possibility due to the high temperature of the exhaust gas by discharging the water vapor included in the exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack. CONSTITUTION: Exhaust gas treatment equipment (100) of a marine fuel cell comprises a fuel cell stack (110) discharging the exhaust gas including the water vapor; a scrubber unit (130) condensing the water vapor included in the exhaust gas by spraying fluid to the exhaust gas flowed from the fuel cell stack; and a blower (140) inflowing the exhaust gas of the fuel cell stack to the scrubber unit, and discharging the exhaust gas with the water vapor condensed.
