<p>Provided is an integrated lighting control system interlocked with a photovoltaic blind comprising: a frame unit formed inside a window installed at a building and including blinds in which a light collecting unit is connected to generate solar energy; a light collecting unit formed at the blinds and collecting solar light; a sensor unit for measuring the size or direction of direct sunlight; a control unit for controlling the height or slat angle of the blinds according to sizes or direction of the direct sunlight; multiple lightings formed inside the window and lit by the collected solar energy; an optical sensor attached to the inner side of the window and measuring the indoor brightness; and a lighting control unit for turning on the lighting adjacent to the window if the measured indoor brightness is less than the predetermined standard brightness. According to the present invention, the integrated lighting control system interlocked with a photovoltaic blind can develop an automatic blind system for enabling photovoltaic power generation and maximize an energy saving effect for the lighting by using daylight.
