PURPOSE: A fuel pump module and a method for manufacturing a fuel tank are provided to reduce noise by installing a fixing device for fixing a reservoir body assembly on the inner bottom of the fuel tank and a connection member for connecting a flange assembly and the reservoir body assembly. CONSTITUTION: A fuel pump module comprises a fixing device (50), a reservoir body assembly (20), a flange assembly (10), a connection member (30), and a fuel supply hose (40). The fixing device is arranged inside a fuel tank. The reservoir body assembly is detachably installed in the fixing device and is fixed inside the fuel tank by the fixing device. The flange assembly is mounted on the fuel tank and has a discharge part for fuel supply. The connection member is detachably installed in the discharge part. The fuel supply hose is connected to the connection member and the reservoir body assembly. The connection member comprises a hollow connection pipe and a hose connection pipe. The connection pipe is inserted in a discharge pipe of the discharge part and is hung on a protrusion. The hose connection pipe is extended from one side of the connection pipe and has multiple anti-separation parts. An O-ring is arranged between the surface of the discharge pipe and the connection pipe. |
