The present invention relates to a cultivation method of Chinese chives in which growth, nutrients and herbicidal activities are enhanced and which is characterized by cultivating Chinese chives under a dark condition after seeding Chinese chives; Chinese chives cultivated thereby; and a composition for weed control containing an extract prepared from the Chinese chives as an active ingredient.
