Refrigerator and control method thereof

PURPOSE: A dispenser device and a method for controlling the same, and a refrigerator using the same are provided to prevent substances to be discharged from fixing at a discharge port, and prevent frost from being formed around the discharge port. CONSTITUTION: A user turns on a switching part(S20). A microcomputer checks whether a delay time passes(S21). If so, the microcomputer drives a motor through a motor relay(S22). The microcomputer senses whether the switching is turned off before the delay time passes(S23). If so, the microcomputer stops the motor simultaneously with the turn-off of the switching part(S24). The microcomputer counts whether a reoperation time from the time of sensing the turn-off of the switching part passes(S26). It is judged whether the switching part is turned on again before the reoperation time passes(S27).
