A non-power cleaning device is disclosed. The non-power cleaning device of the present invention includes: a body with a dust inlet which is opened; a roll brush which is located in front of the dust inlet, is rotationally combined with the body, and collects dust; and a rotary brush which is combined with the bottom of the body to horizontally rotate and collect dust out of both sides of the roll brush in the dust inlet.
